One request, every club, one live board.

Push a compliance request down to every club at once. Each one signs, attaches its evidence and answers in Perch HQ, and you see who has answered as it happens.

  • Documents to sign

A policy, an agreement or a declaration, signed by the right people at each club.

  • A live status board

Every club's answer on one page: answered, in progress, or still to come.

02 Affiliation

Every club's standing for the season, on one page.

Each club's annual return is carried forward from last year's, so it starts from what it lodged before. The fee is recorded as it's paid, and the register of affiliated clubs keeps itself current.

  • The annual return

Carried forward from last year's and lodged by the club.

  • The fee, as it's paid

Per club and per team, with any late fee your by-laws set.

  • The register of affiliated clubs

  • The club-health board

03 The tribunal

From the report to the outcome, on the record.

A report comes in, the club responds, the hearing is set and the outcome is recorded. Any suspension goes on a register the whole league picks teams against.

05 News, events and email

The league's news lands in every club's calendar.

Post news or an event once and it is pushed down to the clubs. Email the clubs, or the people in them, from the same place.

06 Governing bodies

One level up, the same board.

A governing body sits at the top of the tree and sees its leagues and associations the way a league sees its clubs: what it has pushed down, who has answered and what needs its attention.
